I've never had s long wait, and online check- in guarantees you never will. All stylists are very friendly and professional, and they keep notes, so they know better than I do how my hair gets cut.

I saw Shelby again. She is wonderful and always does a great job with a joyful attitude. She helped to convince me to do a drastic haircut back in July and I love it. I’ve received lots of compliments on my new style. Hope she doesn’t leave this location but I’d probably follow her if she stays local.
